Class Descriptions
Cardio Kickboxing
More than a class, our cardio kickboxing class is offered at 3 different levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). This class is designed to teach you the different boxing punches and use them within combinations. We will spend 45 minutes boxing and 15 minutes focusing on core.
Group Fitness Class
Join us for an hour of strength training where we will use bodyweight, bands, weights and more to build muscle and enhance your strength.
Hip Hop Class
By combining kickboxing and strength training, this class will help you grow muscle, build endurance and put your metabolism to work. We will spend 30 minutes boxing and 30 minutes strength training with 3-5 lbs weights.
Personal Training
Here is an opportunity for you to work one-on-one with Jimmy. Whether it’s strength training using weights and/or your body weight, or boxing one-on-one. We can create a workout that’s personalized to you.
